Create new playlist - Opens X-Pert List application. More details can be found in the section below.

Load playlist from file - new dialog will open up and present you with an option to browse to the playlist you wish to open. Double-click on it with your left-hand mouse button to open it.

Save - It will open a file location tab where you can select and save your playlist. It can be also used for manually saving changes when editing a playlist. Save As option is the way to save the playlist to a (*.xml) format.

Save as - opens a new dialog and allows you to copy  the file in a different folder or make a copy with a different name.

Save playlist as daily - invokes the Save Daily Playlist dialog.

Add clips at end - appends clip(s) at the end of the current playlist. Browse in the dialog opened to point which clip(s) you would like to add.

Insert clips before the marked - places clip(s) before the selected line in the playlist. Browse in the dialog opened to point which clip(s) you would like to insert.

Remove selected clip - deletes the currently selected clip from the playlist.

Clear all playlist items - removes all items in the playlist. A confirmation dialog will appear if you click on this button.

Move selected up - shifts the currently selected clip(s) up (before the previous clip).

NOTE: You cannot move a clip above the currently playing one.

Move selected down - shifts the currently selected clip(s) down (after the next clip) the playlist even during playback.

Reset playlist -  If the current playlist has been started and then stopped, the clips that are already played are colored in grey and their order cannot be changed. Moreover, next time you hit the PLAY button, playback will start from the first black (not played yet) clip. If you hit #, the playlist will be reset, and the next time you hit PLAY, the playback will start from the very beginning of the playlist. Simply put, this is a kind of “playlist rewinding”.

Randomize selected items - shuffles all active (unplayed) items in the playlist. A confirmation dialog, like the one below will appear.

Properties - Opens the Clip properties of the selected file.

Trim Selected clip - opens Clip trimmer section for the selected clip.

Undo - Use it to reverse your last action. You can undo up to 6 latest actions.

Orientation - Turns around the position of the Multi-purpose-zone and the Playlist Grid. The new UI vision will be like the window below:
